31.04% is the answer
C.S.A = 2*Pi* r * h
New radius = r+12% of r = 1.12r
New height = h + 17% of h = 1.17 h
New C.S.A = 1.12*1.17*C.S.A
% increase in C.S.A = (1.12*1.17 - 1) * 100 % =31.04 %
C.S.A = 2*Pi* r * h
New radius = r+12% of r = 1.12r
New height = h + 17% of h = 1.17 h
New C.S.A = 1.12*1.17*C.S.A
% increase in C.S.A = (1.12*1.17 - 1) * 100 % =31.04 %
