1) Surface area, SA =  2π r h + 2π r²

SA = (2\pi x 12 x 16) + 2\pi x 12^{2}

ie SA = 384\pi + 2\pi x 144

SA = 384\pi + 288\pi

SA = 672\pi Square CM

2)  Volume V = \pi r^{2} h

ie V = \pi 12^{2} x 16

V = 144\pi x 16

V = 2304\pi Cubic CM
