As we know the formula to find the cylinder curved surface area = 2πrh ..


So ,

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 10.6 \times 16 \\  \\ 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 169.6 \\  \\  \frac{44}{7}  \times  169.6 \\  \\  \frac{7462.4}{7}  \\  \\ 1066.0.7 \:  {cm}^{2} (approx)
