given:

radius-8cm

lateral surface area:10cm^2

we know that cone has slant height

to find: slant height

solution

slant height= √[(8)^2 - (10)^2]

√[(64) - (100)]

√36

=6

thus, slant height = 6cm

hope it helps you!.

Answer:

given,

radius(r) = 8 \: cm \\ lateral \: surface \: area = 10 \: {cm}^{2} \\ > \pi \times r \times l = 10 \\ > l = \frac{10}{\pi \times r} = \frac{10}{\pi \times 8} = 3.927
