Given :-

  • Radius of cone = 2 cm
  • Slant height of cone = 6 cm

To find :-

  • Curved Surface Area of cone.

Formula used :-

\bf \:Curved \:  Surface  \: Area  \: of \:  cone \:  = \pi \: rl

where,

  • r = radius of cone
  • l = slant height of cone

Solution :-

Radius of cone = 2 cm

Slant height of cone = 6 cm

So, Curved Surface Area of cone

\bf \: = \pi \: rl

\bf\implies \: = \dfrac{22}{7}  \times 2 \times 6

\bf\implies \:\dfrac{264}{7}  \:  {cm}^{2}

\bf\implies \:Curved \:  Surface  \: Area \:  of  \: cone =  \dfrac{264}{7}  \:  {cm}^{2}
