We know the circumference of Circle,C =2 /pi r =2 * 22 * 3.5/7
C=22
NOw we know 1/4 of circle with have arc length of C/4 = 5.5

From the figure below The perimeter=2r + c/4 =7+5.5=12.5

Hey

---> Radius = 3.5 units
---> Perimeter = 2π ( 3.5 ) units

However, Perimeter of a quarter -->
---> 1/4 ( Perimeter of Circle ) + 2 ( radius )
= 1/4 [ 2 * (22/7) * (7/2) ] + 2 ( 3.5 )
= [ 5.5 + 7 ] units
= 12.5 units ✓✓

Hence, the perimeter of the quarter is 12.5 units ^_^
