radius of the smallest of the three concentric circle

Hi.......
let radius of smaller circle be r

4 × area of smallest circle=area of biggest circle

4 \times 3.14 \times {r}^{2} = 3.14 \times 20 \times 20

r^2 = 400÷4

r^2= 100

r = √100

r = 10 cm
