Given ,

Radius of circle = 21 cm

We know that , the circumference of circle is given by

 \large \mathtt{ \fbox{Circumference  \: of  \: circle = 2\pi r}}

Substitute the value , we obtain

 \sf \hookrightarrow Circumference = 2 \times  \frac{22}{ \cancel7}  \times { \cancel{21}} \\  \\ \sf \hookrightarrow Circumference =  44 \times 3 \\  \\ \sf \hookrightarrow  Circumference = 132 \: cm

Hence , the circumference of circle is 132 cm
