22/7* 3.5 * 3.5. = 22*35*35/ 700

area of sector = length of arc * radius / 2

10* 3.5 /2 = 35/2 = 17.5cm2

area of corresponding sector = area of circle - area of given sector.

= 38.5 - 17.5 = 21.0 cm2
