Circumference = 2 * 22/7 * 7

= 44 cm

Area = 22/7 * 7 * 7

= 154 cm²

If radius is tripled =>

Circumference = 2 * 22/7 * 21

= 132 cm

Area = 22/7 * 21 * 21

= 1386 cm²

When radius is tripled =>

Circumference becomes 3 times larger.

Area becomes 9 times larger.
