The radius of a circle isn't greater than 3m what can we say about its circumference and area?

area = \pi \:  {r}^{2}

 = 3.14 \times  {(3)}^{2}

 = 3.14 \times 9

circumference cannot be greater than 18.84 m and area cannot be greater than 28.26 m²
