Given

circumference of Circle is 25cm

To Find

Radius of a circle

\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

We know that circumference of a circle is 2πr

=>Circumference of Circle=25cm

=>2πr=25

=>2×22/7×r=25

=>44/7×r=25

=>r=25×7/44

=>r=175/44

=>r=3.977 or 3.98

Therefore,radius of the Circle is\bold{ B ) }{\bold{\red{3.98cm}}}

Extra information=>

Circumference

Circumference is the distance around the boundary of the Circle or in simple words circumference is the boundary of the Circle.

Radius

➥Radius is the distance from the centre of the Circle to its circumference.

If we draw line from the centre of the Circle to the circumference then the line we obtained is the radius of the Circle.

➥We can draw infinite number of lines from the centre of the Circle and we can have many radius as well.
