Answer : Area of circle = 22/7 r^2                                            

r = 85m                                             Area = 22/7 *85*85 =22707m        Therefore, the area of path = 22/7 ( R+r) ^2                               22/7 ( 85+4)^2                                  = 9957m Ans.                                Hope you will get your answer!  And all the best !!!
