To find:- The distance covered by the boy in 4 turns

Solution:-

We need to find the circumference first.

So, Circumference of circle = 2πr

Circumference= 2 × 22/7 × 16 = 100.571cm.

Now, boy had taken 4 turns. So, total distance covered by him would be,

100.571 × 4 = 402.28 cms.

Hence , the boy ran for 400 centimeters(approx).
