So, its circumference=2πr=2×22×24.5/7=44×24.5/7=
=44×3.5=154m

So Total distance covered by a boy after completing 4 rounds=4×154m=616m

So 616m is your answer.

Hi ,

It is given that ,

radius of the circular field ( r ) =24.5 m

i )distance run by a boy 1 complete

round = Circumference of the field ( P )

ii ) distance run by the boy 4

complete rounds = 4 × P

= 4 × ( 2πr )

= 4 × 2 × ( 22/7 ) × 24.5 m

= 616 m
