The pipe is circular, so the circumference of this pipe is the same as the circumference of a circle with the same radius as that of the pipe. Hence, the length of tape required to wrap around the pipe once is 62.8 cm.

Given:-

Radius of circular pipe = 21 CM.

Formula Used :-

Circumference of Circle = 2πr

Calculation :-

Circumference of circle = 2πr

Circumference of pipe = 2×\dfrac{22}{7}×21

Circumference of pipe = 2× 66

Circumference of pipe = 132.

Also,

Tape is wrapped twice.

Hence,

2×Circumference of Pipe

2×132

= 264CM , 2.64M.
