Radius of pond = 14 m.
Area \:  \:  of \:  \:  pond \: \pi \:  {r}^{2} \\  \\  =  \frac{ 22}{7}  \times 14 \times 14 \\  \\  = 44 \times 14 \\  \\  = 616 {m}^{2}  \\  \\


Diameter \:  of \:  the  \: stage  = 14m \:  \\  \\ rdius \:  =  \frac{diameter}{2}  \\  \\  \: radius =  \frac{14}{2}  = 7m \\  \\ area \: of \: stage \:  = \pi \:  {r}^{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \\  \\  = 154 {m}^{2}  \\  \\
Area of water left = Area of total pond - area of stage.

= 616 - 154
 = 462 {m}^{2}
