The radius of a circular pond is 14m. Find the radius of another circular pond whose area is one fourth of the area of this circular pond.

area of pond a. =πr^2 = 22/7 ×14×14 = 616m^2

therefore area of pond b = 1/4 ×616 = 154m^2

the radius = √(154×7/22)= √49 = 7m answer....
