hey
______________

in 1 round distance covered = circumference

•radius = 35/100 m

•circumference = 2πr
=2×22/7×35/100
=44×5/100
= 220/100 m

220/100 m covered in 1 turn
1540m covered in 1540×100/220 = 700

hence ans is 700 turns

hope helped

!!!

given radius of the cycle wheel = 35cm

here we have to find the number of turns required to cover a distance of 1540m.

so first of all, we have to find the circumference of he cycle wheel.

circumference of the cycle wheel = 2πr (∵ wheels are always circular)

= 2 * 22/7 * 35

= 44 * 5

= 220cm = 2.2m

now we have to find the number of rotations (turns)

given distance = 1540m

∴ no. of rotations = 1540/2.2

= 700

hence it will take 700 rotations to cover the distance.
