the radius of a cylinder is increasing at rate of 2m/s and its height is decreasing at the rate of 3 m/s. Fine the rate of change of volume when radius is 3 m and height is 5m

Ok, Radius grows at 2m every second and height shrinks at 3m every second.
This means that if r=3 , it will shrink by 2 every second.
This means that if h=5 ,it will increa by 3 every second.
Do the functions.

g(r)=r+2
s(h)=h-3
g(3)=5
s(5)=2
100(3/5)=60
100(5/2)=250

Ans: Radius increasing rate=60%
        Height increasing rate=250%
