The radius of a cylindrical can is 25 cm and its height is 14 cm. Find the cost of painting the curved surface area of 50 such identical cans at the rate of ₹3 per 1000 cm^2(Take 22/7 for π).

to find cost of painting 50 such cans at Rs 3 per 1000 cm²

CSA = 2πrh

=> 2*22/7*25*14

=> 2200 cm²

total area to be painted is

number of cans × CSA of one can

=> 50 × 2200

=> 1,10,000 cm²

therefore cost of painting 50 cans

=> (110000 × 3)÷1000

=> Rs 330
