Answer:

volume of sphere is 4/3 πr³ = 4/3 π x 216 = 288π

diameter of wire/2 = radius = 1mm= 0.1cm so if volume of wire is 288π as it's curved from the sphere it's

288π = π (0.1)² X length

= 288/0.01 = 28800cm = 28.8m

The length of the wire is 288 m

Step-by-step explanation:

radius of sphere = 6 cm

for cylindrical wire

diameter = 2 mm

radius = 1 mm = 0.1 cm

let the length of wire = x cm

then

volume of metallic sphere = volume  of cylindrical wire'

\frac{4}{3} \pi r ^3 = \pi r ^2h \\\\\frac{4}{3} \times 6\times6\times6 = 0.1\times 0.1 \times h

288 = 0.01 × h

h = \frac{288}{0.01}

h = 28800 cm = 288 m

hence ,The length of the wire is 288 m
