Radius of circular wire= 21cm
Circumference of circular wire = 2×22/7×21
=>44×3
=>132cm
As the rectangle is made up of same piece of wire then circumference of circle is equal to perimeter of rectangle

Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
=> 132=2(40+b)
=> 132/2=40+b
=> 66= 40+b
=> 66- 40= b
=> 26 = b
Therefore breadth of the given rectangle is 26 cm.
