Solution:-

Given: radius of cylinder=7cm

height = 14 cm

Formula of curved surface area = 2πrh

Fromula of of total surface area of cylinder is equal to 2πr(h+r)

So , To find curved surface area of cylinder = 2* 7 * 22/7* 14

= 616cmsq.

and to find total surface area of cylinder :

= 2*22/7*7*(7+14)

= 44* 21

= 924 cm sq.
