Now

When r increased by 10%

r + 10% of r

r + 0.1r = 0.1 + 1 = 1.1r

Now

Volume =  4/3 π (1.1r)³

V = 4/3 * 22/7 (1.331r)

Now

Increase % = (1.331v - v)/v * 100%

Increase = 0.331v/v *100

Increase = 0.331 * 100 = 33.1%
