r = 7cm
Area = 4πr^2
= 4 X 22/7 X 7 X 7
= 616cm^2
2nd balloon
r = 14cm
Area = 4πr^2
= 4 X 22/7 X 14 X 14
= 2464cm^2
Ratio = Area of 1st balloon/Area of 2nd balloon
= 616/2464
= 1/4
= 1:4
Thus , the required ratio is 1:4
