Answer:

The surface area of balloon with radius 7cm

Surface area=4πr^2

=4×22/7×7×7

=616cm^2

The surface area of Balloon with radius 14cm

Surface area=4πr^2

=4×22/7×14×14

=1232cm^2

Ratio of their surface areas

surface area of balloon with radius 7cm÷surface area of balloon with radius 14cm

=616/1232

=1/4

=1:4
