Hello!

Your Answer:

I hope it helps you.

The circumference of the wheel = 2 \pi r = 2  * \frac{22}{7}  * \frac{70}{100}  =  \frac{22}{5} = 4.4m

Distance to be covered = 22km = 22000 m

Revolutions =  \frac{22000}{4.4} =  \frac{220000}{44} =  \frac{20000}{4} = 5000

∴ It will take 5000 revolutions for the wheel to acquire the distance of 22 km.
