Step-by-step explanation:

Hello !

The radius of the wheel (r) = 0.35m

No. of revolutions in one minute = 450

no. of revolutions per second (n) = 450/60 =15/2revolutions

The distance travelled in one second (Speed) = 2πr × 15/2 = 47.14 × 15/2 = 353.55 m/sec

Speed in km/h = 353.55× 18/5 =  1272.78 km/h

I hope my answer is correct !
