Step-by-step explanation:

a) let the height be x

so the radius=2x

volume of cylinder=4312

volume of cylinder= πr^2h

                    4312  =22/7 x 2x x 2x x x

4312 x 7/22 x 1/4   = x^3

                    343   = x^3

                        7cm   = x

height = 7cm

b)radius= 2x= 2 x 7= 14cm

c) Lateral Surface area of cylinder= 2πrh

                                                       = 2 x 22/7 x 14 x 7

                                                       = 616 cm^2
