Given that :

The radius of base of the cylinder = r = 20 cm

and the height = 13 cm

As we know that : curved surface area of cylinder = 2πrh

CSA of Cylinder :

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 20 \times 13 \\  \\  =  > 1634.28 \: cm

So, the curved surface area of cylinder will be 1634.28 cm.
