R= 2cm

f = R/2 = 1cm

= u= -3.5m

we know that

1/f= 1/v+1/u

1/v+ 1/ -3.5 =1/1

1/v =1+ 1/3.5

1+10/35

= 1+2/7

= 9/7

v= 7/9 = 0.77m

so , the image formed 0.77m behind the mirror

2.m=-v/u

0.77/ - 3.5 = 7/9 /3.5

= 1/ 4.5

As m is positive, so the image is formed virtual and erect
