Two Earth radii above the surface is THREE Earth radii above the CENTRE. Since Gravity “obeys” an inverse square law it follows that the value of 'g' will be one ninth of the surface value, so……. 9.8 m/s2 ÷ 9 = 1.08889 m/s2 or ~1
