Answer:

V = 3.144×10^-8 m^3

Given

Radius of hydrogen atom

r = 0.5 Å = 0.5×10^-10 m

Formula-

Volume of hydrogen atom is calculated by formula,

V = 4/3 πr^3

V = 1.33×3.14×(0.5×10^-10)^3

V = 5.22×10^-31 m^3

One mole contains 6.023×10^22 atoms.

Hence total volume

= 5.22×10^-31 × 6.023×10^22

= 3.144×10^-8 m^3

Hence, volume of a mole of hydrogen atom is 3.144×10^-8 m^3
