a of frist circle=20x 2o×3.14=1256m
area of second circle=48×48×3.14=7234.56
new circle area=7234.56+1256=8490.56
3.14×r power 2=8490.56
r2=8490.56÷3.14
r2=2704
r=
 \sqrt{2704}
r =52m
