the radius of one circuler field is 5 and that of other is 3m.find the radius of the circular field whose area is the difference of the areas of the first and second field.

ANSWER :

The radius is 4 m

EXPLANATION :

R = 5 m

Area = πR² = 3.14 × 25 = 78.5 m²

r = 3 m

Area = πr² = 3.14 × 9 = 28.26 m²

Difference in areas = 78.5 - 28.26

= 50.24 m²

Area = πr²

50.24/3.14 = r²

r² = 16

r = 4

So radius of the circle whose area is difference of the areas of the first and second field is 4 m
