The formula for the volume of a sphere is V = (4/3) π r³

If r is doubled then you get 2r as the radius and V = (4/3) π * 8r³ ... so the volume is 8 times bigger.

The increased volume = New-Original
                                    = 8-1
                                    = 7 times

Percentage = 7 *100= 700 %
