Answer:

TSA of the cylinder is 770 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Radius and height of a cylinder are in the ratio of 2:3

Let the number be x

So Radius=2x and Height=3x

Volume of a cylinder=1617 cm³

\pir³h=1617

22/7 * (2x)² * 3x=(1617*7)/22

4x² * 3x=11319/22

12x³ =514.5

x³ =514.5/12

x³ =42.875

x=cube root of 42.875

x=3.5

So Radius=2x=2(3.5)=7 cm and Height=3x=3(3.5)=10.5 cm

TSA of the cylinder=2\pir(r+h)=2*22/7 *7(7+10.5)=44*17.5=770cm²
