AnswerGiven : radius (r)=7 cm height (h)=2 cm Then

 {l}^{2}  =  {h}^{2}  +  {r}^{2}   \\  =  {24}^{2}  +  {7}^{2}

or \: l \:  \ = \sqrt[]{625cm}  = 25cm

Total surface area of the cone

= Curved surface area + Area of base

\pi \: rl  + \pi \: r {}^{2} \\   (\frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 25 ) + ( \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7)

 {704cm}^{2}
