Answer:

Heya.....

Here's ur answer :

Radius of cone = R = 10 cm

Height of cylinder = H = 48 cm

Radius of cylinder = r = 20 cm

Height of cylinder = h = ?

Given that,

Volume of Cone = Volume of Cylinder

Using formula :

Volume of Cone = (1/3)πR^2*H

Volume of Cylinder = πr^2*h

=> (1/3)πR^2*H = πr^2*h

=> (1/3)(10)^2*48 = (20)^2*h

=> 16 * 100 = 400*h

=> h = 1600/400

=> h = 4 cm ,,

Thus, the depth of water in the vessel is 4 cm.

Hope it helps
