Now By Measurements...
1KL=1m³
So Given Volume=1408m³
But Volume of Cylinder=πr²h
→πr²h=1408
→4²×h=1408/π
→16h=1408×7/22
→h=448/16
→h=28m
So The required Height is 28m.
