Find the slanted height:

a² + b² = c²

c² = 5² + 12²

c² = 169

c = √169

c = 13 cm

Find the curved surface area:

Curved Surface Area = πrl

Curved Surface Area = π (4) (13)

Curved Surface Area = 52π

Curved Surface Area = 163.4 cm²

Answer: The curved surface area = 163.4 cm²

Csa of cone= πrl

l=√144+25

=√169

l=13

Csa=22/7×5×13

=204.28cm^2
