10000 revolutions

Radius of circular wheel, r = 1.4m

Circumference of circle, C=2πr

C=2πr = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 1.4 = 44 \times 0.2 = 8.8m

In one revolution wheel will travel 8.8m = 0.0088km or 88/10000

Revolutions taken to travel 88km = 88/(88/100001 = 10000
