the inner boundary of the ring is 14 cm and the total area is 346.5 sqcm..

imagine that the outer radious is r cm

so,
according to the question..
π(r^2-196)=346.5
or, r^2-196=15.75×22
or, r^2=346.5-196
or, r^2=150.5
or, r=12.70 cm (approximately)
