Hey mate geosychronous satellite always has 24 hours time because it observes a specific place only and as earth takes 24 hours for 1 rotation around itself geosychronous satellite too takes 24 hours for one revolution..

As geosynchronous satellites take 24 hrs of planet with 36000 kms radius .

So for 9000 kms radius will take 6 hours (by unitary method)
