hey mate... apply the formula for curved surface area of cylinder.

it is 2πrh

so,

the curved surface area for one rotation= 2×22/7×28×10

=2×88× 10

=176×10

=1760 sq. cm

now for 100 rotations,

area covered will be 1760×100

=176000 sq. cm

Answer:

Curved surface area for one revolution=2πrh

2×22/7×28×10sq.unit

2×88×10sq.unit

176×10sq.unit

1760sq.unit

Now for 100 revolution

area covered will be

1760/100=17.6sq.unit
