Given:

radius of the wheel of a car is 28 cm.

To find:

number of rotations made by

the wheel in order to cover a distance of 4.4 km

4.4km=4400metres

Solution:

wheel is in circle shape

so, circumference =2πr = 2*28*π = 176 cm or 1.76m

4400m/1.76m = 2500 revolutions (to 2 significant digits)

ALL the best..✌️

Answer:

HI MATE

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER...

Radius of wheel=2pi r

=2× 22/7×28=176 cm

Distance =4.4×100×1000cm=44000m

REVOLUTION =distance moved/circumference

REVOLUTION =44000/176=2500
