\huge\purple{Required \: Answer :}

Speed of Wheel = 8.8 m / s

\huge{Explanation :}

Given :

Radius of Wheel ( r ) = 70 cm

Time = 5 seconds

No. Of Revolutions = 10

To Find :

Speed of Wheel ( m/s ) = ?

Formula :

Speed = Distance / Time

Solution :

Step I : Find Distance Covered In One Revolution

Distance Covered In 1 Revolution = Circumference of Wheel

Distance Covered in One Revolution = 2πr

Distance Covered In One Revolution = 2 × 22/7 × 70

Distances Covered in One Revolution = 440 cm

Step II : Find Distance Covered In 10 Revolutions

Distance Covered In 10 Revolution = 440 cm × 10 = 4400 cm

Step III : Find Speed of The Wheel

Speed = Distance / Time = 4400 cm / 5 s = 880 cm / s

Now, We Have Found The Speed In cm / s , We Have To Calculate It in m / s

Step IV : Find Speed of The Wheel In m / s

Speed In m / s = Speed In (cm / s) divided by 100

Speed ( m / s ) = 880 / 100 = 8.8 m / s

Therefore, Speed of Wheel ( m / s ) = 8.8 m/s
