Let height of water on the roof be h

So, Volume of water on roof  = 22*20h = 440h

And, Volume of water in cylinder vessel  =  22/7*1*1*7/2
                                                                 = 11 m³

But Volume of water is same

So, 11 = 440h
    so, h = 11/440
          h = 1/40 m = 0.025 m

Hence,  the height of rain-water on the roof = 0.025 m
