Dissolving a surface phenomenon as it depends on solvent molecules colliding with outer surface of solute.

Solubility of Solute affects Rate of Dissolving & Solubility and amount of solute that dissolves in  given volume of solvent at certain temperature.

Maximum solid solutes the rate of dissolving is higher at higher temperature.
